This Privacy Policy explains how DeepSeed AI, LLC ("DeepSeed AI", "we", "us" or "our") handles information in connection with the Spark application, website and related services (the "Product"). If you use the Product for a business or other organization, you must be authorized to provide and use its data.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, including account and business details, support communications, and content you submit to or create with the Product. We also collect technical information needed to operate and secure the Product, such as device, access, usage and error information.
When you connect another service, such as a point-of-sale or business-profile platform, we collect the business data you authorize that service to provide. This may include transaction, catalog, location, customer, personnel, review and business-performance information. It may also include source-system identifiers for orders, items, customers, employees and locations, which Spark uses to find, verify and match records with the originating system. Spark does not collect payment card or bank account numbers from connected transaction data, and we do not use connected customer or personnel information to contact those individuals unless they are also Spark users.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, secure and improve the Product; authenticate users and enforce account permissions; organize and analyze connected business data; answer questions and create reports, forecasts and recommendations; match results to source systems; provide support; and comply with law.
Some Product features use automated analysis or AI models. For those features, we provide only the information reasonably needed to fulfill the user's request, consistent with the user's permissions. We may use anonymized or aggregated information to improve the Product.
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent or lease personal information or client business data.
We share information with service providers that help us operate the Product, such as providers of hosting, authentication, security, communications, analytics and automated analysis. They may use the information only to provide services to us and must protect it under their contractual obligations.
We also share information when you direct us to do so, such as when you connect Spark to an assistant or other third-party service, export a report or share a result. The receiving service's privacy terms apply to its handling of that information. We may also share information with authorized users of the same business account, when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
Security, Retention and Your Choices
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and configuring appropriate user permissions.
We retain information as needed to provide and secure the Product, meet legal obligations and complete authorized business purposes. Within 30 days after cancellation, client-specific data is removed from active systems except where continued retention is required by law, needed for security or dispute resolution, or temporarily stored in scheduled backups.
You may contact privacy@getaspark.com to request access, correction or deletion. You can stop future collection from a connected service by disconnecting it or revoking authorization, although doing so does not automatically delete information already collected.
Cookies and Communications
Spark may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, secure accounts and understand Product usage. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling them may affect Product functionality.
We may send service, security, support and account communications, as well as product updates and promotions. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails, but not from communications necessary to provide or secure the Product.
Children
The Product is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under seventeen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under seventeen.
